WITS Replayer

The PetroDAQ WITS Replayer is a powerful utility for replaying WITS Level 0 pre-recorded disk files. It is capable of reading multiple WITS files simultaneously with output to serial, TCP client, and TCP server ports. It is useful for simulating real-time operations by reading the WITS files and outputting them at a controlled rate.

The output is timed using the original timestamps in the WITS channel 99 or WITS date/time channels. WITS Replayer supports multiple input directories, allowing simulation of operations with multiple contractors.

Reads WITS date/time channel 05 and 06 tags to generate timestamps
Timing intervals for WITS log files with no date/time information
Time accelerator, from 0.1x of the original time (10 times slower than the original operation) to 20x
Rapid mode, eliminates all delays in the processing, useful for replaying operations as fast as possible.
Synchronization of multiple WITS inputs
Output can be sent out over serial ports, TCP clients or TCP server hosts
Output to multiple connections.
Output of missing channel 99 and WITS date time tags into each output
Overwrite the original timestamp with the current time
Support for input and output fractional timestamps (sub-second)
Looping of files to create continuous feeds with limited input
